The Toftejorg SaniJet 20 Rotary Jet Head is excellent for use in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and dairy processing applications, the SaniJet 20 is designed for permanent installation and is recommended for tanks and vessels between 130 and 8000 US gallons.

An externally driven cleaning device, the SaniJet 20 Rotary Jet Head utilizes the patented 360° "Golden Section" cleaning pattern, which provides maximum product removal of residual product from the tank surface in the shortest possible time.

How the SaniJet 20 Rotary Jet Head Functions:

The SaniJet 20 rotary jet head has a drive mechanism located outside the tank with its self-cleaning and self-draining features, this rotary jet head is especially well suited for processes involving highly viscous, foaming or thixotropic products, and to chemical processing applications where product cross-contamination is unacceptable.

The Toftejorg SaniJet 20 is available in media-driven or motordriven versions (electrical/air ). Motor-driven versions are equipped with a magnetic clutch for leakage-proof transmission. The air motor provides an effective drive for low fl ow machines in rough environments and for use in explosive hazard zones, provided it is installed according to safety instructions.
