The retractable CIP spray nozzle is designed to remain in place during production in sanitary applications. The liquid-activated spray head, which fully retracts after CIP, provides a wider spray and larger jets to ensure complete cleaning of equipment and components. The nozzle is designed with a minimum number of parts, requires fewer utilities and hook-ups than air actuated nozzles, and can be easily removed for inspection. The unit features complete stainless-steel construction, and is USDA-accepted for sanitary applications. Other features include a 1-in. liquid connection and available custom spray patterns.

  • Liquid Pressure Requirements: 30–40 psig
  • Spray Pattern: spray jet; 360° x 200° coverage; 8–12 ft. in diameter
  • Flow Rates: 25–28 GPM
