Quadro Conical Sifter S20

Quadro is proud to introduce the new Quadro Conical Sifter S20. The Conical Sifter S20 overcomes many of the typically problematic product flow bottlenecks associated with traditional sifting technologies. The S20 discharges 3600 allowing for higher capacities and better product flow than conventional sifters. The S20 has a minimal number of parts, enabling easier clean-up, quicker screen maintenance and minimal downtime. The S20's compact design profile enables it to be readily coupled with most bulk bag unloader and mixer dischargers making space requirements less than conventional sifters. The "no vibration" design of the S20 equates to low noise, less power and minimal maintenance, as well as virtually eliminating unwanted size reduction and agglomeration when compared to traditional sifters. The Quadro® Conical Sifter S20 features a 150 grit finish as a minimum, with all welds ground flush allowing for easier and better cleanability.
