The GHPD positive displacement pumps are designed to provide gentle pumping through a wide range of viscosities. The pumps feature clean-in-place capabilities, carry the 3A symbol, and are USDA approved for the dairy and egg industries. Two versions are available to serve both normal and high-pressure needs.

Timing is achieved through a shaft assembly using timing gears with vernier indexing. Both shafts and ball bearings run semi-immersed in an oil bath for complete lubrication. Taper roller bearings are used throughout for axial and radial location. Pumps can be custom-made for any application, and various mounting options may be supplied to suit particular requirements. Drive units include fixed speed, mechanical variable speed, electronic variable speed, and hydraulic variable speed, and may be mounted on either a baseplate or a cart. Both are available in stainless steel or optional zinc-plated steel.
