New Engine & Styling For New Holland TL-A Series

newhloland

New Holland, PA - New Holland's newly redesigned 69-85 PTO hp TL-A Series utility tractors feature productivity enhancements both inside and out. New styling provides outstanding visibility and powerful new engines provide the power and torque required for heavy-duty loader work and to operate hay tools, feed wagons and mixers. The three models in the TL-A Series are available in Standard and Deluxe configurations. All models feature a high-capacity hydraulic system and best-in-class 5,745-pound three-point lift capacity.

NEW STYLING
The most visible change to the TL-A Series is the updated New Holland-family styling. The uniquely sloped hood, stylish headlight design and under-hood muffler provide outstanding visibility, which is especially helpful for loader work. With 57 square feet of glass, including two wide, full-glass doors, the TL-A cab offers an expansive, unobstructed view. The exhaust is tucked neatly behind the right front cab post to further improve visibility.

RESPONSIVE POWER
The new four-cylinder engines that power the TL-A Series tractors produce very little noise and are easy on fuel. They deliver impressive lugging power so work can be done smoothly, quickly and without slowdown. When the going gets tough, TL-A tractors respond with ample lugging power. A torque response of up to 50% assures the power to pull through difficult soil conditions, climb grades, or run hay and harvesting equipment efficiently in heavy crop conditions. The TL-A engine block serves as an integral structure of the tractor and includes an integrated water pump and oil cooler.

The new TL-A engines also go easy on the environment with reduced smoke and emissions to meet strict Tier II emissions certification requirements. A 600-hour oil change interval reduces the time spent on engine maintenance.

BEEFY CONSTRUCTION
The larger, heavier New Holland front axle allows TL-A tractors to easily handle the everyday strain of heavy loader work and other axle-taxing conditions. Because of tractor's heavier weight and strength, and the stability afforded by the longer wheelbase, a TL-A won't be "pushed around" by the weight of a round baler or heavy bat-wing mowers, even on slopes.

THREE MODELS
TL-A Series tractors provide plenty of choices: 2WD or FWD, a flat deck or an all-weather cab and a Standard or Deluxe configuration.

TL-A Standard models offer plenty of impressive features and conveniences, including a 12x12 Synchro Command(TM) mechanical transmission with four synchronized gears in each of three ranges; easy, inline shuttling and the exclusive three-point-hitch touch-control Lift-O-Matic(TM) feature. This allows the operator to quickly raise or lower the implement at the end of a row without altering lever positions. The upper and lower lift position settings can be pre-set. (A 20 x 12 creeper transmission is optional for low-speed application on the TL80A and TL90A Standard models.)

TL-A Deluxe models take efficiency to the next level with the 24x24 Dual Command(TM) transmission with one power-shift per gear and no-clutch electro-hydraulic power shuttle and flow control on the rear remotes. Electro-hydraulic PTO engagement on the TL-A Deluxe models provides gradual PTO engagement and smooth power flow to implements

MORE SPEED CHOICES
With either the Standard mechanical shuttle or the Deluxe Dual Command(TM) transmission, TL-A Series tractors have more speed choices than on any other tractors in this power class.
