Three product types are available: Cheddar (medium cheddar, sharp aged cheddar, smoky cheddar, Old English sharp cheddar, etc.), Italian (Parmesan, Romano, Provolone, Asiago, Gorgonzola, Alfredo blend, etc.), and Specialty (Swiss blends, Feta type, Gouda and Smoked Gouda, 4 and 5 Cheese blends, etc.).

The flavors are useful in dairy applications such as processed cheese products and dips, and in snack foods like microwave popcorn, filled pretzels and extruded snacks. Baked goods such as crackers and pizza crusts, and prepared foods such as sauces and marinades, salad dressings, soup bases and frozen entrees also benefit from cheese flavors.
