Hydrostatic Level Transmitter

While cleaning cycles can wreak havoc with many level instruments, the Deltapilot S DB 50S hydrostatic level transmitter eliminates problems related to zero drift and measurement errors. Featuring an integrated temperature sensor, the unit quickly recovers following CIP procedures. Therefore, zero drift and measurement errors are never encountered. The transmitter measures level on a variety of vessels in sanitary processes including storage, mixing, receiving, or balance tanks. The transmitter offers increased application flexibility and economical operation.

Component parts for the transmitter can be easily exchanged in the field, making the unit more economical since only sensors and electronics need to be stocked. Through the remote electronics option, the transmitter can be mounted in an easily accessible location. It also offers more user flexibility for programming and repair work in the field.

All common flush-mounted process connections are available for use with the transmitter, including tri-clamp single shell or extended jacketed versions. All process connections for the unit meet 3A standards.
