Heat Exchangers

Scherping Systems stocked and standard CIP heat exchangers are fabricated of T304 stainless steel. They have concentric and eccentric reducing adapters and reducing solution inlet and outlet ports with required tri-clamp connections. The reducing adapters assure proper drainage of horizontally mounted units. Our standard CIP heat exchangers are capable of increasing solution temperature from 50 degrees F to 60 degrees F per pass at flow rates of up to 120 GPM thus allowing you to reach required CIP temperature quickly.

Operational accessories include modulating valves, steam traps and vacuum breakers along with tubing hangers and other items necessary for mounting. Heat Exchangers may also be obtained in T316 stainless steel.
