Cookson Plastic Molding, Material Handling Divisionempering, cooling and blast freezing food products, the Structo-Cell Freezer Spacer is suitable for a wide range of low-temperature applications. These spacers will not splinter or degrade even at temperatures of –60º F. The spacers incorporate an open-lattice design to maximize airflow through the stack to accelerate the cooling process and provide more even cooling in large-volume applications. The spacers are lightweight and nestable for easier storage and handling.
