Enclosed Cheese Vat

The Horizon is a horizontal single cylindrical cheese vat featuring a coagulation sensor and PLC-based vat automation designed to ensure consistent product. The system, consisting of a single horizontal shaft and drive, is offered in sizes ranging from 7,500–75,000 lb cap. Among the available options is a whey screen for specialty cheeses and steam or hot water heating.
