Customization provides highly stable flavors for applications, and kosher preparations are available on request. Two product types are available: Cream and Cultured Cream (natural cream, sweet cream, cream cheese flavors, sour cream, etc.) and Milk and Dairy (fresh milk flavor, condensed milk flavor, buttermilk, caramelized milk, etc.).
The products are used in a wide variety of dairy applications such as whipped toppings, frozen desserts, cream cheese, sour cream, margarine/butter, dips and creamers. They are also used in cake mixes, fillings, frostings, cookies, cheesecakes, and prepared foods such as salad dressings, soup bases, sauces and potatoes.
