Conveyor Rollers

The self-adjusting shaft of the Taperhex Gold conveyor rollers is designed to reduce frame wear and increase roller life. A spring-loaded tapered hex shuttle locks into the side frame mounting hole, preventing axial movement. These rollers are suitable for both new and old conveyor frames and fit tightly in oversized hex mounting holes, as well as rounded, worn hex holes.

The rollers use ground ball bearings made of chrome alloy steel. Lifetime lubricated and conforming to ABEC-1 industry standards, the bearings are housed in static-conductive, technopolymer-molded cartridges, pressed into place and swaged to eliminate cartridge movement. Tension provided by the spring-load design allows for a tight, self-adjusting fit.
