Bingham Named Industry Applications Manager for Movex Food & Beverage

Intentia International (Schaumburg, IL) has appointed Dennis Bingham Food & Beverage Industry Applications Manager for the Americas Group. Intentia's Movex Food & Beverage is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution designed specifically for manufacturers and distributors in the Food & Beverage industry.

Bingham brings more than 25 years of industry experience to the job. His expertise includes batch and continuous flow manufacturing with product groups that include ready-to-process, ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat items for industrial, food service and retail customers.

Prior to joining Intentia, Bingham was director of manufacturing for the Culinary Foods Division of Tyson Foods, Inc. Previously, he held positions with Ralston Purina and ConAgra. His areas of responsibility included production, engineering, quality assurance, order planning, shipping and receiving, accounting and human resources. In these positions, Bingham was instrumental in the implementation of several manufacturing systems, from basic MRP to ERP.

As Movex Food & Beverage Industry Applications Manager, Bingham will serve as the primary analyst and spokesman for customers and prospects, as well as for Intentia's presales, sales and implementation teams. According to Movex Product Director Lance LaCross, Bingham will also work closely with Intentia Business Partners to assist in their sales efforts and educate them in industry requirements.
