The Model PV250 Vertical Form/Fill/Seal Machine is designed to produce four sided sealed pouches in sizes from 3.0 to 25.0-in. in width and in length up to 22.0-in. Typical volumes range from four to 640-oz. The product feed devices and pumps can accommodate particulates such as chopped fruits and vegetables, diced clams, beef as well as whole berries. The machine is available with single or multiple lanes to produce 10 to over 350 packages per minute. The machine design features microprocessor machine controls and digital solid state proportioning temperature controls.
