CME Announces Revised Trading Hours for Dairy Products Beginning August 14

Chicago Mercantile Exchange1, 2000–Trading hours for dairy futures and options products on the <%=company%> (CME) will be revised beginning with the start of trading on Monday, Aug. 14, 2000, the CME announced.
The new trading hours will be as follows:

  • Class IV milk, 9:20 a.m. – 1:10 p.m. (Central Time)
  • Butter, 9:30 a.m. – 1:10 p.m.
  • Class III milk, cheese, nonfat dry milk and dry whey, 9:40 a.m. – 1:10 p.m.

In addition to futures and options on dairy products, the CME trades cash markets in cheese, nonfat dry milk and butter. Trading hours for cash products are unchanged.
