All American Foods, Inc. was formed in 1987 as a manufacturer of customized industrial food ingredients. In the food industry, what we call our Pro Mix® concept is our Pro Mix® product line of one-for-one milk replacers as well as our reputation as professional blenders. We are able to build Pro Mix® products, specifically focused on the essential functional nutrients required in your application. This concept has allowed us to save our customers money, without sacrificing quality. We have continually improved this Pro Mix® concept and take great pride in its success.

Pro Mix® dairy blends are used in a variety of applications as one-for-one replacers for dairy commodities. Our four modern facilities, located in the heart of the Midwest, allow us to provide a wide range of products and services to customers throughout the U.S. and internationally. Additionally, All American Foods provides professional mixing and packaging services to the food industry.

All American Foods has approvals from the U.S.D.A. and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture. We also have Grade "A" (I.M.S.) approvals and work with the F.D.A., the Minnesota Board of Pharmacies, and the American Institute of Baking.
