The Roto25 is an innovative, versatile and efficient rotary liquid extraction system for liquid/solid separation, thickening, conditioning, and dewatering applications. The system can be used on liquids/solids mixtures, sludges and slurries. With minor modifications, the ROTO25 can operate as a liquid clarifier or solids dewatering press.

Liquid/solids mixtures: primary biological and chemical sludges, process slurries from food plants, industrial process and municipal installations can be handled by the ROTO25.

Simple operation and installation make the ROTO25 system a cost effective alternate to other types of expensive and complex separation and dewatering equipment.

The ROTO25 is a compact, modular system that centrifugally extracts solids from liquids and dewaters the solids mass automatically and continuously. The unique design and construction allows the ROTO25 to operate at low energy while producing a concentrated solids cake and high clarity filtrate.

The ROTO25 system is available in 304, 316, or 316L stainless steel construction for maximum corrosion resistance. The system has a minimum of moving parts for reliable operation, performance, low maintenance and long service life.

The ROTO25 system unit is available in different designs and models to suit most flows and applications. Compact modular design allows the ROTO25 to also be supplied as a packaged system for total effluent treatment, handling and disposal.
