Whether customers need emergency service or wish to have preventative maintenance performed, they can count on the company's professional service technicians who are trained at the facility and work solely on centrifuges. No matter what time of day or night clients need assistance with a centrifuge problem, they are assured that their call is forwarded to the correct party for immediate service.

Although a customer may have a highly trained and reliable maintenance department, experience has proven than an annual inspection and repair has eliminated costly downtime. Due to the high speed that is encountered with a centrifuge, improper maintenance or misunderstood problem areas could result in mechanical damage, personal injury, or both.

This company suggests that their Field Service Department come in and change all expendable items such as bearings, gaskets, seals, springs, etc. in both the rotating bowl and gear case once per year. Any part showing signs of excessive wear would be replaced or repaired. Items such as bearing fits, excessive play, shaft run out and so on would also be checked and noted. Customers are notified when a part is showing signs of wear but still has enough life expectancy to use.

The bowl would be completely inspected for corrosion, erosion, cracks, fit, thread wear, disc pressure, and balance integrity. If a centrifuge is a C.I.P. machine, then all external devices such as control panel, water harness, etc. are checked on a bi-annual basis.

The service department can custom tailor a service contract plan for particular situations. Special arrangements can be made concerning the number of machines that a customer has, along with the type and frequency of preventative maintenance that a client requires.

Service contracts are non-binding with no prepayment fees or pre purchasing of parts.
