Under the agreement a new company Selecta Wall's, to be managed by Unilever Philippines, will take over Selecta's ice cream business and all of its related assets, including manufacturing and distribution.

Selecta Dairy Products is a subsidiary of the food and beverage conglomerate, RFM Corporation. Its other business interests, including juice drinks and milk products, are not included in the joint venture.
