Kettner Pressant Compact Layer Palletizer

Krones, Inc. Pressant Compact Layer Palletizer for trays and cartons is designed for low and medium output ranges, handling pallets (1,200 x 800 and 1,200 x 1,000 mm) with short and long side leading. With simple patterns and an external turning device, achieving outputs of up to 150 layers an hour, and internal turning station is also available.

The palletizer's sturdy, modular-system construction ensures high functional dependability. Travel dynamics are optimized by the frequency-controlled loading plate and the load pusher drives, designed to ensure machine operation with minimized stress on both the mechanical components and the packs being handled.

The palletizer loads non-returnable packs like cartons and trays layer by layer onto the pallets in predefined layer patterns. The machine can handle packs with minimum dimensions of 200 mm x 120 mm x 100 mm, and maximum dimensions of 500 mm x 120 mm x 400 mm.
