The Cyclone Belt Washer cleans spiral conveyors, tunnel freezers, straights and curves, metal wire belts, metal grid belts and plastic mesh belts.
The patented Belt Washer from bit washes conveyor belts, oven bands and filet pans, using only 3-4 gallons of water per minute and operates unattended. Removes greases, fats, oils, sugars, doughs, Chinese food, meats, and fish. It does the work of two men!
The Cyclone Belt Washer cleans spiral conveyors, tunnel freezers, straights and curves, metal wire belts, metal grid belts and plastic mesh belts. It also removes allergens, sugars and oils, all without the use of degreasers and soaps. The washer uses 1/16th – 1/10th of the water other washers do, cleaning during production with the "air Blast". The rotating spray heads clean the belt 100%, while increasing belt life and reducing spiral belt tension.
