Container Assembly and Filling System

This Ultrasonic Container Assembly and Filling System is designed to lower shipping, storage and production costs for processors. The system allows processors to assemble and/or close containers directly on the filling line at a rate of up to 43,200 containers per hour. This drastically reduces shipping and storage costs for packaging materials used in applications that feature an unstackable container while giving processors greater flexibility in the types of containers they can use.

The system can help processors using unstackable (un-nestable) containers save money on shipping cases of packaging materials since many of these containers can be produced in multiple stackable pieces. The stackable components can then be assembled and welded right on the filling line just prior to filling and closing.
